How do I open my book after buying?

Pay with Stripe, return to For Her Editions and choose Continue with Apple. Your purchase is connected to that Apple account. You don’t need to enter your checkout email in this normal purchase flow. Use the same Apple account when you return.

Do I need the iPhone app?

No. You can use For Her Editions in your web browser. The native iPhone app is still awaiting App Store approval; web access does not require installing it.

I paid but my book hasn’t opened

Return using the link shown after checkout and continue with Apple. If you already connected the purchase, use that same Apple account. If you closed the page or cannot find your purchase, contact us with your checkout email and order number. Do not pay again just to recover access.

My payment is still being confirmed

Some payment methods take longer to confirm. Wait and check your access again. A payment is not confirmed just because you returned from checkout.

I changed browsers or devices

Open For Her Editions and continue with the same Apple account you used to connect your purchase. Keep your receipt for purchase recovery. Notes and reading progress are stored on each device and do not currently transfer between devices.

How do I delete my account?

Open your account settings and choose Delete account. Contact support if you cannot access those settings. Deleting the account does not automatically refund your purchase. We retain limited purchase records for recovery, refunds and legal obligations.

Why is my book no longer available?

A refund ends access to the book, audiobook and Make It Real. Signing in again does not restore a refunded purchase. If you think this is a mistake, contact us with your checkout email and order number.

Can I buy the book again after a refund?

Yes. Visit the For Her Editions website to make a new purchase, return from Stripe and continue with Apple. You don’t need to delete your account first.
